We are looking for a regional language-speaking Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale creator partnerships and influencer campaigns for Flo Mattress.

Key Responsibilities

● Influencer Discovery & Onboarding: Identify, research, and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and positioning.

● End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage complete influencer campaign lifecycles including outreach, negotiations, brief coordination, and execution.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, ongoing relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal content and design teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and brand alignment.

● Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track and measure campaign metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.

● Database & Pipeline Operations: Maintain structured influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records in Excel.

● Content Repurposing:



Identify high-performing creator-generated content to repurpose across performance ads, website assets, and broader marketing campaigns.

Requirements

● Experience:1 + year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.

● Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada or Telegu is Mandatory

● Domain Knowledge: Understanding of regional creator communities and social media trends is a strong advantage.

● Core Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Technical Skills: Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign tracking tools.

● Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
