Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
- Experience leading operations in a manufacturing organization with turnover of INR 100 to 350 crores.
- Exposure to industrial products, engineering products, rubber, or paper manufacturing.
