Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Current nursing license and certification in the relevant specialty area.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.
