We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance activities, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring that all hotel facilities and equipment are maintained efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and other hotel systems.
- Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and monitor their completion.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hotel engineering standards.
- Support the Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer in daily operations.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
