Job Description – Information Technology Trainer Job Title: Information Technology Trainer Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Information Technology Trainer with 3–5 years of industry experience to train and mentor junior developers, freshers, and interns. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical training sessions for freshers, interns, and junior employees. Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs. Explain programming concepts, development tools, and IT technologies effectively. Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and projects. Mentor trainees and support them in resolving technical issues. Review assignments, projects, and code written by trainees. Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and technical documentation. Keep training content updated based on current industry requirements. Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with technical teams to understand current project and skill requirements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Python and programming fundamentals. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.



Knowledge of Full-Stack/Web Development. Working knowledge of SQL and databases. Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems. Knowledge of Git/GitHub and software development practices. Understanding of REST APIs and basic software development concepts. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Knowledge of React or other frontend technologies. Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs is an advantage. Experience with Docker or cloud platforms is an advantage. Previous experience in technical training, mentoring, or coaching. Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant IT/software development experience. Strong interest in training and mentoring. Able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner. Valuable interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable conducting both theoretical and hands-on sessions. Ability to work with candidates having different levels of technical knowledge. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Note: Candidates with strong practical industry experience and excellent technical/training skills may also be considered.
