We are seeking a highly experienced and decisive Clinic Manager to oversee our daily operations and spearhead our quality control. Because maintaining the highest standard of patient care is our priority, this role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Dental NABH protocols. You will be stepping into a leadership position, working directly with the clinic founder and managing both the administrative staff and the facility’s compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities ​Clinic Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration, staff scheduling, patient flow, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure a seamless experience for patients. ​

NABH Leadership: Take full ownership of our Dental NABH accreditation processes. Ensure all clinical and non-clinical practices strictly adhere to current NABH standards. ​

Quality Audits & Documentation: Conduct regular internal audits, manage statutory compliance documentation, and implement corrective measures where current standards are not being met. ​

Staff Training: Educate, monitor, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff on NABH protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines. ​





Performance Management: Track staff performance, address operational bottlenecks, and report directly to senior management regarding clinic efficiency and compliance metrics. ​

Required Qualifications & Experience ​Experience: A strict minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in healthcare management with a primary focus on NABH compliance. ​Specialization: Must be exceptionally well-versed in Dental NABH guidelines. General hospital NABH experience is helpful, but specific dental expertise is heavily preferred. ​

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage a diverse team, enforce rules without hesitation, and course-correct underperforming staff. ​

Zero Fresher Policy: This is a leadership role requiring immediate implementation of quality standards. Absolutely no freshers will be considered. ​
