Key Responsibilities

- Create creative, professional and production-ready designs for print and digital printing requirements.
- Design brochures, flyers, visiting cards, banners, posters, catalogues, packaging, standees, signage and other marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork according to dimensions, specifications and production standards.
- Handle design corrections, modifications and artwork changes based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with printing, production and pre-press teams for accurate output.
- Ensure correct bleed, crop marks, colour modes, resolution, fonts, dimensions and file formats.
- Create visually balanced layouts with strong typography, alignment and spacing.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Review final artwork carefully to minimize production errors and reprints.
- Maintain organized source files and design assets.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for customized printing and branding requirements.

Mandatory Software Skills

✅ CorelDRAW – Advanced/Excellent hands-on experience – MANDATORY
✅ Adobe Illustrator – Robust working knowledge
✅ Adobe InDesign – Strong working knowledge
✅ Adobe Photoshop – Working knowledge preferred




✅ AI-based design tools / AI features in Adobe Creative Cloud – Preferred

Experience Required

- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer.
- Strong CorelDRAW-based designing experience is mandatory.
- Printing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in digital printing, offset printing, advertising, signage, branding or packaging will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience preparing artwork for actual production is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
