Real Estate Sales & Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, plots and other real estate projects.
- Generate new leads through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals and other sources.
- Monitor sales pipelines, site visits, follow-ups and booking conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, social media, property promotions and lead generation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews and performance assessments.
- Train, motivate and guide sales executives and managers.
- Coordinate with management, CRM and project teams to ensure smooth customer handling and closures.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, booking and collection targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of the Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh and Tricity real estate market.
- Strong customer and channel-partner network will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales teams.
