- Handling claims: Reviewing claims, verifying eligibility, and ensuring they comply with company policies. They also discuss claims and expectations with customers.
- Processing documentation: Preparing and processing warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Tracking parts: Keeping track of ordered parts and vendor paperwork.
- Communicating: Communicating with customers to update them on claim status and resolve issues. They also communicate with legal teams and manufacturers.
- Analyzing data: Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and patterns.
- Making improvements: Suggesting improvements to policies, procedures, and product design.
- Managing agents: Managing warranty agents and giving final approvals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
