About the Role

Brain Star Technologies is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete B2B email marketing and lead-generation process, with a focus on Web Development, Mobile App Development, Shopify & eCommerce services.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage verified B2B email databases from scratch.
- Research and generate targeted leads for IT services.
- Set up and manage email accounts, domains, email tools, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute bulk/cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Manage email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation.
- Track open rates, replies, bounce rates, conversions, and qualified leads.
- Perform A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update the prospect database.

Experience with tools such as:





Apollo | LinkedIn Sales Navigator | Instantly | Smartlead | Mailchimp | HubSpot | Zoho | Hunter | ZeroBounce | NeverBounce | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365

Knowledge of other email marketing, lead-generation, verification, or deliverability tools is an advantage.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
- Strong B2B cold email and lead-generation experience.
- Experience generating leads for IT/Web/Mobile App Development services.
- Experience in database building, email setup, verification, and deliverability.
- Good English communication and analytical skills.
- Experience targeting USA/UK/Canada/Australia markets is preferred.

Performance Focus

The candidate will be responsible for:

Database Creation → Email Setup → Campaigns → Outreach → Follow-ups → Qualified Leads → Sales Opportunities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
