About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic designing and video editing and be comfortable creating engaging visual content for marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in working across both design and video content creation.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing

- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, banners, creatives, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media creative formats.

Video Editing

- Create and edit promotional videos, social media reels, short-form videos, and marketing videos.
- Edit raw footage by adding transitions, text, graphics, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Create engaging video content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop short promotional videos based on marketing and campaign requirements.
- Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.




- Assist in creating basic motion graphics and animated content.

Required Skills & ToolsGraphic Design Tools

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Basic knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage.

Video Editing Tools

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an advantage.

Other Skills

- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual content.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new design, video editing, and AI-based creative tools.

Eligibility

- 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
- Freshers with relevant skills, projects, internships, or a strong portfolio can also apply.
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field will be preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is preferred.
