We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.), and market intelligence.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Meet hiring targets and client deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and US staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 1+ Years in US IT Recruitment preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
