Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Job Title:- Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in coordinating customer requirements, quotations, orders, documentation, follow-ups, and internal communication to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, purchase, production, and dispatch departments.
- Prepare and share quotations, offers, order confirmations, and sales-related documents.
- Receive customer enquiries/RFQs and coordinate for timely responses.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production and stores regarding order status and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the sales tracker.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports,



and other documents.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream B.Com / BBA / M.Com/ MBA Any relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM will be an advantage.
