SCOPE OF WORK
1. VISION.
To ensure the cooperative information well disseminated amongst members and all legal and statutory compliances are taken care within time as per the conceptual framework for achieving the short and long-term goals of the Society while fostering cooperative culture.
2. ESPECIALLY IN TERMS OF
Institutionalizing the cooperative services till last mile i.e. gram panchayats / city-wards within the area of jurisdiction and demonstrating the cooperative model as one of the finest model for individual as well as community development and economic growth as per policy paradigm of the Society by regulating the:
1. General Administration -- human resource management, assets management, hospitality, technological advancement, and general administration.
2. Finance Management – accounts control, auditing, budgeting, expenditure control, and finance management.
3. Business Development – setting up of service divisions, service division specific goal setting and devising strategic action plans, monitoring implementation plan, controlling revenue generation viz-a-viz quality of services delivered.
4. Cooperative & Corporate Affairs- conducting elections, conducting Board Meetings, generating proceedings, devising policies and procedures to implement board decisions, implementing board decisions, taking care of all kinds of compliances- cooperative-financial-regulatory and statutory, etc. Reviewing schemes and policies and recommending necessary value additions, if and wherever, deemed so.
5. National & International Linkages- establishing necessary linkages with the matching objective entities, cooperatives, business industries,
national and international institutions for expansion and value addition of the services as well as business growth.
6. Brand Building- creating society’s brand name and promoting through various cost-effective media channels
7. The Institution of Excellence- bringing in the society and all its affairs excellence in terms of thoughts, deeds and actions. Presenting society as a truly democratic and transparent institution of higher level of accountability.
8. Happiness on All Faces- endeavouring for bringing smiles on the faces of people by serving them with the customized solutions at their door steps and transforming the lives. And anything else necessary to be done for meeting the above goals.
3. SPECIFIC: LONG TERM
1. To plan and implement overall control of the operations and resources of the Society across the state(s) of interventions.
2. To facilitate and mentor the teams down the lines for achieving the periodic goals.
3. To establish energetic relationship with various stakeholders.
4. To create and maintain the brand name of the Mission.
5. To facilitate in expanding the operations of the society on PAN India basis with sustainable business.
4. GENERAL
A. Taking over the complete control of the initiatives, projects and programmes of the Society
B. Keeping record of all affairs with proper classification related to processes, projects and programmes.
C.
Maintaining the relevant periodic records / reports and sharing/ submitting the same with the Board of Directors on regular intervals. Monthly progress report shall have to be sent to the Reporting Head on last working day of the month.
D. Facilitating all subordinates/fellow workers for timely completion of the assigned roles / jobs and meeting pre-devised targets along with thematic support.
E. Any other assignment as per the requirement of the organisation or advice by the management.
5. OTHERS: AS PER ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENT AND MANDATE OF THE MANAGEMENT:
F. Representing Mission or its associating agencies at various platforms.
G. Coordination with clients/ agencies including government agencies.
H. Strengthening the branding process of the organisation with periodic monitoring.
6. Place of Posting: The place of posting shall be Shimla Head Office until notified otherwise. However, the field visits to different clients, project sites and places shall be inevitable with multitasking leadership roles. The first three months may require extensive travel and offline / online support for meeting different goals.
Note: All the functionaries above the Sr. Executive level are expected to use their personal laptop for office work as per policy of the organisation and submission of the weekly and monthly action plan followed by work done report shall be mandatory for all senior level functionaries / authorities within the organisation. The organisation may also provide the same as per availability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Company Secretary / Law Graduate / Cooperative Degree Holder (Required)
