Job Description

- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs for residential construction projects.
- Prepare and verify measurements based on drawings and site requirements.
- Assist in estimation and costing of materials, labour, and construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Check contractor bills, work measurements, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Monitor material quantities and project costs.
- Maintain records of measurements, BOQs, bills, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Assist in tracking project expenditure against the approved budget.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify changes affecting quantities and costs.
- Support the senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing interim payment certificates and final accounts.




- Conduct site visits when required to verify completed work and measurements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying-related qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or residential construction.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Mandatory proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and civil works.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can commute to Sarjapur, Bangalore are preferred.
