What would you do? • Our Recruitment Centre of Excellence supports business in all aspects of talent acquisition. The team works in partnership with recruitment teams to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the aim of generating candidates, creating talent pools and delivering against recruitment and growth targets. • This role plays a pivotal part in delivering against recruitment targets by using various sourcing strategies to create talent pools (talent communities), identifying candidates for our clients in the offshore business locations, scheduling interviews, administering online assessments where needed, assisting with reference checks & background verification checks,



facilitating vendor invoicing and tracking candidate • Strong customer orientation-high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting. • Resilience and ability to work under pressure • Positive organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality • Attention to detail & quality driven in comms & all system transactions.
What are we looking for? • Any graduate • Recruiting experience with similar background • Experience in sourcing & screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, employee referrals • • Exposure to BPO industry • Knowledge of using recruitment management system like Taleo, Successfactor etc • Experience in hiring volumes or niche skills • Experience of recruiting for Agro-chemical industry • HR Domain certification Certification would be a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills-can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
