Work From Home – Telecaller Sales Executive (Cafe & Restaurant App)

Job Description:We are hiring experienced Telecaller - Sales Executives for our cafe and restaurant application platform. Start immediately without any complex interview process!

Key Responsibilities:

- Find contact and lead data of Cafes and Restaurants that do not have a website.
- Make 50 to 100 cold calls daily to cafe and restaurant owners.
- Record the exact reason for refusal if an owner says no.
- Pitch application features and successfully close the deals.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales/telecalling is mandatory.
- Infrastructure: Must have your own smartphone and stable internet connection.

Payout & Commission Structure:

Target-Based Payout:





The monthly payout is strictly tied to a milestone of 20 verified deals per month.

Milestone Condition:

Payment is calculated and processed upon the successful completion of the full 20-deal monthly quota. Partial payments for incomplete targets are not applicable.

Payout Window:

Credited securely via Bank/UPI within 24–48 hours once the 20-deal milestone is fully cleared and verified.

Data Privacy:

- Complete confidentiality of cafe, restaurant, and company data is strictly enforced.
