Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Success Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable educational programs and achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, counseling, and sales skills to support student enrollment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate educational solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve student queries and provide timely support.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, education counseling, admissions, telesales, or customer support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
