Job Title: Operations Manager – Jewellery

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager with strong experience in jewellery operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, supporting sales teams, and maintaining operational standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day jewellery store operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, inventory, and management teams.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock handling, and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper billing, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and support teams in achieving business targets.
- Handle customer-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, stock transfers,



and other operational requirements.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Train, guide, and monitor staff to ensure high operational standards.
- Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy in all operational activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in jewellery operations.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
- Experience in handling teams and coordinating multiple departments.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organisational and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of billing, stock management, and jewellery retail processes will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in gold and diamond jewellery operations are preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
