Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle Talent Acquisition and day-to-day HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support performance management.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR MIS and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Robust experience in recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
