o Drafting e-mail responses for business correspondence including customer inquiries, inbound and outbound communication, logistics, etc.
o Preparation of Commercial Documents like quotations, proforma and final invoices, billing documents, packing list, etc. for customer queries and orders.
o Coordination with factory and logistics partners.
o Independently handling inbound queries through telephone calls from prospects, existing clients, dealers, etc.
o Managing proprietary internal software tools and systems like CRM.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
