Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple open positions and ensure timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and joining terms within approved company guidelines.
- Release offers and coordinate with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.
- Manage job postings and ensure active vacancies are updated across platforms.
- Work on multiple positions across different departments simultaneously.
- Reduce hiring turnaround time and improve candidate conversion.




- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and candidate records.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of different job roles and candidate profiles.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Hiring.

Candidates with experience handling end-to-end recruitment and multiple job profiles will be preferred.

Job Type

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
