Industry- Manufacturing, Interiors.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Proficiency in stock control methods, material handling, and warehouse organization specific to furniture manufacturing materials

Procurement Operations & Vendor

Ability to execute end-to-end purchase cycle including vendor identification, quotation comparison, negotiation, and order processing

MS Office & ERP Systems

Working knowledge of Excel for inventory tracking, ERP/inventory management software for transaction recording and report generation

Quality Assessment

Ability to inspect and verify quality of raw materials like laminates, boards, hardware against specifications





Documentation & Compliance:

Proficiency in maintaining statutory records, GST documentation, and purchase-related paperwork

Vendor Negotiation

Capability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

Material Knowledge

Understanding of modular furniture raw materials (plywood grades, laminate types, hardware specifications, adhesives, edge banding)
