Qualifications Required: Graduation or any equivalent degree

Skills :-

· Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas preferred).

· Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction specifications.

· Understanding of civil works, materials, and market rates.

· Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.

· Strong communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyse tender documents, drawings, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams for accurate estimation.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and feasibility reports.
- Assist in tender submissions, including technical and commercial evaluations.
- Track material quantities and support cost control during project execution.
- Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations, and cost databases.
- Support management in budget planning and cost forecasting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
