We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Sales & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Identify and connect with potential business customers and decision-makers.
- Understand basic customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain lead and activity records in CRM.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with new prospects.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Positive, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and IT solutions.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–1 year experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation,Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
