A diversified business group with interests across Renewable Energy | AI | Semiconductors | Investments | Infrastructure is looking for a dynamic CA to join its corporate team.

Experience: Up to 5 Years

MUST HAVE:

Solid network with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, Investors & Advisors
Hands-on experience in M&A;, Due Diligence & Corporate Restructuring

Exposure to IPO / Public Listing & transaction processes
Strong understanding of Fundraising, Debt & Equity Structuring

Financial Modelling, Valuation & Investment Analysis

Project Finance & Corporate Finance experience
Strong MIS, Cash Flow & Financial Planning capabilities

Ability to coordinate with Banks, Investors, Legal, Tax, Audit and Financial Advisors

KEY ROLE:

- Lead/support M&A;, fundraising and strategic investment transactions
- Develop financial models,



valuations and investment proposals
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for debt/equity requirements
- Support IPO/listing, due diligence and corporate restructuring activities
- Manage financial planning, MIS, cash flow and strategic financial reporting
- Support management in evaluating new businesses, investments and projects
