Plant Head – RMC / Concrete Plant

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall plant operations, production, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of quality concrete.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, fuel, and operational costs.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Manage manpower, shifts, attendance, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and Project teams.
- Prepare daily/monthly plant performance and production reports.
- Drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field.
Experience: 8–15 years in RMC/Concrete Plant operations, with managerial experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
