NewRise Technosys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Bhopal.

Position Details

Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: Up to 15,000 per month
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Work Mode: On-site

Hands-on Knowledge Required

We are specifically looking for candidates with practical experience in:

✔ End-to-end recruitment & Talent Acquisition
✔ Understanding job requirements and preparing/working on JDs
✔ Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals
✔ Candidate screening and shortlisting
✔ Conducting initial HR screening calls
✔ Interview scheduling and coordination
✔ Candidate follow-ups and interview tracking
✔ Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
✔ Salary discussion & offer coordination




✔ Joining follow-ups and onboarding coordination
✔Handling multiple open positions simultaneously
✔ Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office
