We are looking for a Hydrogeologist with 0-3 years of experience in hydrogeological investigations, groundwater resource assessment and water-resource studies. The role involves assessment of geology, geomorphology, aquifer characteristics, groundwater levels and flow, recharge/discharge conditions, groundwater abstraction and water balance; planning and interpretation of pumping, step-drawdown and recovery tests; groundwater and surface-water quality assessment; watershed, rainfall,



drainage and groundwater–surface-water interaction studies; groundwater recharge and water-conservation assessments; GIS-based hydrogeological mapping and spatial analysis using ArcGIS/QGIS; groundwater modelling using MODFLOW/ModelMuse or equivalent tools; evaluation of water-source and supply-system reliability; review of applicable groundwater and water-resource regulations; field surveys, borewell/source inspections and water-level monitoring; and preparation of technical reports, maps, calculations, modelling outputs and presentations.

Candidates should have an M.Sc./M.Tech. in Hydrogeology, Geology, Applied Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Water Resources or a related discipline, with strong analytical, field investigation, technical reporting and client-coordination skills and willingness to travel for project assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
