- Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Train advisors on Life Insurance products, sales techniques, and selling skills.
- Support advisors in field sales and customer acquisition.
- Achieve business and sales targets through the advisor network.
- Monitor advisor activation, productivity, and performance.
- Drive advisor engagement and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure high persistency and renewal business.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with insurance advisors.
- Provide regular guidance, motivation, and sales support to the advisor network.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales
Age: 24–35 years
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
