US Healthcare Employee Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a US Healthcare Employee Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals placed with commercial US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding for Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collect, verify, and maintain licenses, certifications, medical records, background checks, and other required documents.
- Coordinate credentialing, drug screens, physicals, immunizations, and client-specific requirements.
- Track documentation and credential expirations through ATS/credentialing portals.
- Follow up with candidates for pending or incomplete documents and ensure timely completion.




- Coordinate with recruiters, credentialing teams, and clients to resolve onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure professionals are ready for deployment by the required start date.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing, Onboarding, or Credentialing.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare documentation and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience with ATS/VMS or credentialing platforms such as CEIPAL is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
