Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are hiring for Senior Maintenance Engineer for our top leading Manufacturing industry.

Location : Tirrupur (Palladam) Tamil Nadu

Salary : 6 LPA

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and implement monthly preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Attend breakdowns promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and modify maintenance schedules to prevent repeated breakdowns.
- Maintain equipment history cards, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major and repeated equipment failures.




- Monitor and maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment.

Eligibility :

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing industry is a must.
- Age limit: 25 – 45 years.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance with basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and RCA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
