JOB PURPOSE

The Odoo ERP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting and continuously improving Odoo ERP solutions across King Group Hospitality. The role will work closely with Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, Inventory and Restaurant teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy and drive effective ERP adoption.

1. Odoo ERP Implementation & Configuration

· Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.

· Configure Odoo modules, workflows, user roles, access rights and approval processes.

· Support implementation, upgrades, migrations and roll-out of Odoo across business functions and outlets.

· Coordinate with Odoo partners, developers and vendors for customization and technical requirements.

· Prepare functional specifications, process maps and system documentation.

2. Business Process & Module Management

· Support Odoo modules including Accounting, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, HR, Payroll and other relevant applications.

· Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements through ERP automation.

· Configure hospitality/F&B; workflows covering procurement, inventory, stock movement, outlet operations and financial integration.

· Ensure appropriate integration between POS, inventory, purchasing, accounting and other business systems.

· Monitor master data quality and maintain consistent system structures.

3. User Support, Training & Change Management

· Act as the primary functional point of contact for Odoo users.

· Provide user training, onboarding and refresher sessions across all locations

· Prepare SOPs, user guides and training materials.

· Track, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.





· Promote user adoption and ensure compliance with defined ERP processes.

4. Reporting, MIS & Data Management

· Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and MIS within Odoo.

· Support accurate and timely reporting across outlets and corporate functions.

· Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions.

· Assist management with business analysis and process-performance reporting.

5. System Integration & Technical Coordination

· Coordinate with developers for custom modules, APIs, integrations and enhancements.

· Support integrations with POS, payment systems, payroll, banking, delivery platforms and other business applications as required.

· Participate in system testing, UAT and deployment activities.

· Maintain issue logs, change requests and system documentation.

6. Governance, Controls & Continuous Improvement

· Ensure appropriate user access, segregation of duties and system controls.

· Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation.

· Support ERP audits and maintain adequate documentation.

· Continuously evaluate new Odoo features and recommend improvements relevant to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.

· Odoo certification or ERP consulting certification will be an advantage.

· 3–7 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation, consulting or support.





· Hands-on experience with Odoo modules and business process configuration.

· Experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B;, retail or multi-outlet businesses preferred.

· Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, integrations and basic technical troubleshooting will be an advantage.

· Solid proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Odoo ERP professional who combines strong functional consulting skills with an understanding of hospitality/F&B; business processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions and driving continuous process improvement across all locations ( India, UAE, Bali, Thailand)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
