Position : Executive - Marketing

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy) or Marketing

· MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

· 6+ years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing (preferably in CRGO/electrical steel or Transformers or transfomers components industry)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and qualify potential customers in the CRGO, Transfomers Radiators, Lamination, Nano crystlite
- Develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels.
- Track and convert leads in coordination with the sales team.

2. Technical Marketing Support

- Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.
- Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals,



prequalification documents, and RFP responses.
- Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments.

3. CRM & Data Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards

4. Customer & Event Coordination

- Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.
- Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
