Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Team Coach to guide and support our Holiday Sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Domestic & International holiday packages, sales, operations, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and mentor the Holiday Sales team to improve sales performance and conversions.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, pipelines, and overall team performance.
- Support the team in handling complex and high-value holiday enquiries.
- Guide team members in preparing itineraries, quotations, and customized packages.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Visa, and other departments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Share destination knowledge,



sales techniques, and industry best practices with the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and contribute towards repeat and referral business.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in Holiday Sales / Travel & Tourism.
- Strong experience in Domestic & International holiday packages.
- Prior experience in team coaching, mentoring, or team handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking processes.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and leadership skills.
