We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our vehicle challan payment processes. You will work closely with the Operations and Product teams to ensure challan data is accurately processed, payments are tracked, and exceptions are identified and resolved.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in understanding how digital payments and operational workflows work at scale.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the processing and tracking of vehicle challan payments.
- Verify challan details across different sources and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor payment status and follow up on pending, failed, or disputed transactions.
- Maintain accurate operational records and trackers.
- Identify and flag issues related to challan data, payment status, refunds, or transaction mismatches.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve operational issues.
- Perform basic reconciliation of challan and payment data.
- Support investigation of customer or transaction-related escalations.
- Prepare basic reports and MIS related to challan operations.
- Help identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements to existing processes.




- Follow defined SOPs and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate the reason behind them.
- Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn about digital payments, vehicle challans, APIs, and transaction workflows.
