Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Solution Architect with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise Solution Design to lead the design and implementation of transformative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in Azure Cloud, Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise architecture practices. This role requires a strategic technology leader who can bridge business objectives and emerging AI capabilities, architect scalable AI ecosystems, and guide organizations in adopting AI-driven operating models while ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic AI Architecture • Define enterprise AI strategy, reference architectures, and governance frameworks. • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging: Official Use Only o Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) o Knowledge Graphs o AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems o Agentic Workflows and Autonomous Decision Support Systems • Architect Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as: o Azure AI Foundry o Azure AI Agent Service o LangChain o LangGraph o Semantic Kernel o AutoGen o CrewAI o MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Define orchestration patterns for autonomous agents, human-in-the-loop workflows, tool calling, memory management, and agent governance. • Establish Responsible AI, model monitoring, evaluation, explainability, and risk management practices. Data & Analytics Architecture • Architect enterprise-scale data platforms using: o Azure Databricks o Delta Lake o Lakehouse Architecture o Microsoft Fabric o Azure Data Lake Storage o Azure Synapse Analytics • Design scalable batch and real-time data processing solutions. Official Use Only • Define data product architectures supporting Data-as-a-Product and self service analytics initiatives. • Establish metadata, lineage, governance, data quality, and master data management frameworks. • Design vector databases and knowledge retrieval architectures supporting RAG implementations.



Azure Cloud Architecture • Lead architecture and engineering efforts across Microsoft Azure services including: o Azure AI Foundry o Azure OpenAI o Azure Machine Learning o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) o Azure Functions o Azure API Management o Azure Cosmos DB o Azure Cognitive Search o Azure Event Hub o Azure Service Bus o Azure SQL o Microsoft Fabric • Design highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures. • Define cloud governance, cost optimization, and operational excellence frameworks. • Drive cloud modernization and migration programs. Enterprise Integration & Platform Engineering • Architect API-first and event-driven enterprise solutions. Official Use Only • Design microservices and service-oriented architectures supporting AI platforms. • Build reusable platform capabilities for AI application development. • Integrate enterprise systems, business applications, and AI services into unified solution architectures. Security, Governance & Compliance • Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. • Establish AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle management, and AI risk controls. • Implement secure data access, identity management, and Zero Trust principles. • Define enterprise standards for AI platform security and compliance. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executive stakeholders. • Lead architecture review boards and technical governance processes. • Mentor architects, engineers, and product teams on AI, cloud, and data architectures. • Develop reusable patterns, standards, and best practices that accelerate solution delivery.
