Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer –

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and improve the reliability, availability, performance, and operational efficiency of enterprise applications and services. The role involves managing production and non-production environments, incident resolution, monitoring, release support, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and secure service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the health of production and non-production environments( Uipath and Power Platform(Power app, Automate).

- Ensure service availability and proactive system monitoring.

- Respond to incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive issue resolution.

- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver changes safely and securely.

- Support release management activities and ensure environment readiness.

- Execute and support deployments across non-production and production environments.





- Manage and support CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement and support monitoring and observability solutions.

- Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support.

- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

- Experience working in Cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and dashboard creation (Splunk, JIRA, Power BI, or similar).

- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment support.

- Experience coordinating with development, infrastructure, and platform teams.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with API Gateway technologies such as Tyk/Apigee.

- Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvements.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.
