ANK Solar is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, resolving queries, follow-ups, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, requirements, and service updates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-up reports.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper customer support.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduation / Final Year Students / Pass-Out Graduates
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and responsible approach.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team.

Working Hours & Salary

Full-Time: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Part-Time: 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
