Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Platform Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform, DevOps, CI/CD, and Databricks. The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, maintaining the Databricks platform, and ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

Experience Required :10+yrs

Timings :12pm to 9pm

Location :Remote

Contract Duration:3 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Drive Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and automation.
- Manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, Unity Catalog, job orchestration, and governance.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Implement cloud security, governance, cost optimization, and infrastructure standards.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability across AWS and Databricks.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Cloud, DevOps,



and Platform Engineering teams.

Required Skills

- AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EKS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Databricks Administration & Unity Catalog
- GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitLab CI/CD
- Git, Python, and Shell scripting
- Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, Current Relic, and CloudWatch
- Cloud security, governance, networking, and infrastructure architecture

Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Platform Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Databricks administration and platform support.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and platform transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level data and analytics platforms.
