Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations, production activities, manpower, productivity, quality, safety, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase, HR, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Ensure production is carried out as per required quality standards and specifications.
- Manage and supervise factory workers, supervisors, and other production staff.
- Plan manpower requirements and ensure proper deployment across shifts.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures, PPE requirements, and statutory requirements.




- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor wastage, material consumption, and production costs.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly production reports and MIS.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime and wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the factory.
- Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to Management.

Key Requirements

- Relevant experience in Production / Factory / Plant Operations is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and production processes.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
