We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to join our team on an immediate basis in Hubli.

Job Details:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational week off
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in the BPO industry
Team handling/leadership experience preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage team performance and targets
Responsible and proactive approach
Good knowledge in Excel & data analysis
Immediate joiners preferred
