CLOUDIT is looking for an FP&A; Analyst from the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. We define this role by what you will achieve, not by degrees or years. If you have done comparable work in a hotel or resort, we want to meet you — however you learned it.

Team: Hospitality GCC — a dedicated team for a US beachfront resort group (Connecticut)

Location: Remote (Pan-India) or Gurugram office — both available

Working Time: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST; the daily flash is produced for 9:00 AM US Eastern, and budget workshops fall in the client's morning

The Mission:

You turn the resort's numbers into the things its owners run the business on: a one-page flash every morning, a KPI pack every month, a driver-based budget every autumn, a re-forecast every quarter, and a summary the trust beneficiaries can read without a finance background. You think in occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, covers, average check, banquet revenue per event and GOPPAR — and you can explain each of them to a general manager in a sentence. Seasonality is your terrain: the property adds around 200 staff for the summer and lives on banquets and holidays.

What We Look For

Experience: 3–6 years in FP&A; or management reporting, at least two in hotels, resorts or hospitality groups; budget-cycle ownership essential.

Hotel metrics: fluent in occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, covers, average check, labor productivity; USALI reporting structure.

Tools: advanced Excel and Power Query; Power BI or similar; comfortable pulling from Sage and PMS exports.

Education: MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA or equivalent welcome — evidence of budgets and packs you built matters more.

Writing: transparent, short, plain English for non-finance readers.
