Job Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Accounts Executive to support the Accounts & Finance team in a manufacturing environment. This role involves accounting operations, production tracking, inventory monitoring, walk-in customer billing, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts before invoicing.
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
- Handle bank reconciliations and daily cash/invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain stock registers for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Record daily production output and track material consumption.
- Identify variances in planned vs. actual material usage.
- Support monthly COGS calculations and product-wise costing.
- Coordinate with production and store teams to maintain accurate records.
- Assist senior team members during audits and month-end closing activities.





Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and costing concepts (COGS, Inventory Valuation, GAAP/Ind AS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
