About the Role

SPACEMEKK is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior design drawings, working closely with architects and designers, and supporting projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Prepare detailed drawings based on architectural and interior design concepts.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Make revisions and updates to drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other interior drawings when required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned, and follow project standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation and drawing sets for execution.
- Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.

Requirements





- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand drawings and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
