Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment across our construction and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Fire & Safety procedures at project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by employees and workers.
- Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency exits, and firefighting systems.
- Conduct fire drills and safety awareness/training programs.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports,



and incident reports.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate with site teams and management regarding safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Fire & Safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree or relevant certification in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and workplace safety.
- Robust communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage safety activities at project sites.
