Garment Merchant – Job Description

- Coordinate with buyers and production teams for order requirements and timelines.
- Handle buyer inquiries, order follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) plans, and production follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, quality, purchase, and merchandising teams.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials required for production.
- Monitor sample development and ensure samples are completed as per buyer requirements.
- Track production status and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with the quality team to maintain buyer quality standards.
- Follow up on approvals, comments, and changes received from buyers.
- Maintain order-related documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment.
- Assist in preparing costing, order details, and other merchandising documents.
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are communicated effectively to the concerned departments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
