We are Looking QS & Project Manager to manage project execution, quantities, costing, billing and overall site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor project execution, timelines and site activities.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and material consumption.
- Verify site measurements and client/subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams.
- Track project progress and resolve site-level issues.
- Manage variations, material reconciliation and cost control.
- Maintain project documentation and regular progress reports.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely project completion.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in QS / Project Management.




- Strong knowledge of construction, estimation, billing and site execution.
- Positive MS Excel and AutoCAD skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹13,616.17 - ₹51,956.93 per month
