Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Juice & Coffee Maker to manage the preparation and serving of fresh juices, shakes, coffee, and basic snacks at our newly opened shop. The person should be friendly, hygienic, punctual, and able to handle day-to-day shop operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, coffee, and other beverages according to the shop Menu.
- Prepare and serve basic snacks and food items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area, equipment, utensils, and shop.
- Handle fruits, vegetables, milk, and other ingredients properly and maintain freshness.
- Operate juicers, mixers, coffee machines, and other shop equipment safely.
- Take customer orders and serve customers politely.
- Keep track of ingredients and inform the owner when stock is running low.




- Assist with basic opening and closing activities of the shop.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of preparing juices, shakes, coffee, and snacks.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Clean and hygienic working habits.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine shop activities.
- Punctual, honest, responsible, and hardworking.
- Previous experience in a juice bar, café, restaurant, or snack shop is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Working hours: [e.g., 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with break]

Additional Benefit: Prospect to grow with a newly established business and take responsibility for day-to-day beverage and snack operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
