Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced LAP Executive to drive Loan Against Property sales through open-market sourcing, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP sales and excellent field-level networking skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, referrals, DSA channels, and open-market field visits.

- Identify potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

- Pitch LAP products, explain features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation process to customers.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors, and channel partners for consistent business.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and ensure quality login with proper documentation.

- Collect, verify and submit customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations team for disbursal.

- Conduct property and market visits and provide regular market feedback.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Secured Business Loans

- Must have experience in Open Market Sourcing

- Strong knowledge of LAP products, property valuation, and legal/technical process

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

- Local candidate with good market knowledge preferred

- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
